From early on, Artefacts realized that many of the "as found" pieces crossing the threshold were not always suitable for instant reuse. Peeling paint, missing hardware, broken slats were but the beginning of the problem.
Fragments can't always stand alone and sometimes we were overwhelmed!
How could these pieces be worked into new designs?
Each piece has a different story to tell and an original way of showing it. With a little creative help, a few tools and some finishing, a new treasure is born.
